I'm from, spring is the official launch of seasonal eating.
Those of you who have access to year-round seasonal produce,
please don't take it for granted! Spinach, spring onions,
strawberries and asparagus are making their debuts in the
markets right about now and I cant think of a better
reason to start working more fresh fruits and veggies into
my diet.
Homework:
Challenge
yourself to work in more servings of vegetables each day
this week. Up your intake by at least one serving every
day. Extra credit: Eat your veggies before you go
for anything high calorie. You'll have less room.
