Review your March culinary goals. Proceed to the recipe section here on the site or to your own stash of recipes. Choose four recipes that directly reflect the culinary changes you're trying to achieve. For instance, if you're trying to work in more legumes, print out the Engine One Salad.

Prepare one new recipe each week this month. If you think you can work in more new recipes, go for it! And post some of your tips for doing so on the forum.
