Fun
Plan
your summer garden! Even if you don't have a yard. Container
gardens and pots can be planted on sunny decks, sidewalks
and windowsills. Cupboards full of junk encourage junk eating
binges. Surround yourself with fresh and lively produce
and watch how easy it is to work in more of the good stuff.
It's hard to justify ordering a bucket of fried chicken
when the garden (or the market) is overflowing with tender
baby greens and fresh peas. I'm no Gretta Green Thumb, that's
for sure. My yard looks more like Sanford and Son's than
Martha Stewart's but if I can grow baby lettuces, anyone
can.
