Return to the Spring 2005 edition of Food, Fun, Fitness, Focus

Fun

Explore the public gardens in your area. Visit a new one every week or so. They're perfect places to find out what kinds of plants grow successfully in your zone. You'll walk away inspired to plant new varieties, to organize your garden differently and or to research specimens you've just discovered.

For that three day getaway state of relaxation minus the credit card debt and days of missed work, visit a really fancy nursery or a few farmers markets on a day you can take your time and browse.
