Watermelon Strawberry Juice
There's really no recipe for this because it doesn't matter the ratio of watermelon to strawberries you use. Your inventory will dictate this. Be sure to use the sweetest watermelon and strawberries you can get your hands on because blending them won't improve their flavor. This recipe is the perfect excuse to use up all those deliciously sweet but sadly bruised strawberries not quite worthy of serving the Queen.

To prepare what will undoubtedly be the most refreshing drink of your life, place hulled and halved strawberries and chunks of watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth. Season to taste with a pinch of salt (yes salt), a drizzle of honey and blend once more. Garnish with mint sprigs, climb into a hammock or onto a chaise lounge in a shady spot, toss your sun hat to the side, pick up that book you've been reading to read all summer and sip away.
